We buy flowers from the market three times a week to ensure they are always fresh. We take pride in providing only high-quality flowers, sourcing exclusively from the best growers at the Auckland flower market. Typically, the flowers you purchase from us will last 5–7 days.

What is your cut-off time for deliveries?
Our same-day delivery cut-off time is 1 PM. This ensures we have enough time to prepare your order and send it out promptly for same-day delivery.

Can you customise our order for same-day delivery?
Yes! If you’d like a customised order, simply give us a call. Our florists can assist you over the phone, advise you on available flowers, and suggest styles that suit your occasion.

What is your price range for custom orders, and what are the customization steps?
We don’t have a set price range for custom orders—these can range from something small to something big. You can call or email us with your request, and we’ll use what’s available to meet your needs.

Can you add handwritten notes with the flowers?
Yes, we always include handwritten notes for card messages to make your gift more personal.

To keep your flowers fresh, trim the stems, place them in clean water, and change the water every two days. Keep them away from direct sunlight and drafts for optimal longevity.
