Same day Auckland delivery when ordered before 1pm*
For Auckland locations that are not rural deliveries can be same day as long as the order is in before 1pm on the day of delivery.
For same-day delivery to business addresses, kindly place your orders before 10am on weekdays.
We will try its best to deliver any product within the time frames indicated however we do not guarantee delivery of any product if the recipient refuses to accept the gift, the address provided is not correct or complete, the recipient is not at the address specified or it is unsafe to enter the address.
If the recipient is not at the address specified when the delivery is made, we will do its best to leave the product in a safe location. If we do leave the delivery in what we believe to be a safe location, we will not be liable if it goes missing or is lost or damaged.
In the unlikely event that a product cannot be delivered it will be brought back to our studio or to our agents premises and we will make contact with you to arrange a new delivery time and date. The customer will remain responsible for the cost of all deliveries. A second delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.
Goods leaving are adequately packed for delivery.
